After hurricane Helena came thru Augusta, GA last September, my property suffered some damages including my roof. I found this company after looking for recommendations in my local Facebook group after Hurricane Helene left my roof leaking in multiple places. We worked with Cole, who helped us navigate tricky insurance and got a whole roof replacement covered. Russell Allen @ Universal Roofing came by the house after working on our neighbor's home. Great company, extremely friendly and professional. One of the best experiences I have had with a contractor, to be honest, and they execute extremely well. Russel made sure to send drone pictures throughout the project as well. They were really coordinated, organized, and worked really fast. They did the complete roofing job and cleaned up in 1 day.
The roof looks amazing.
Quick update: This is a huge one for me. We noticed that we were missing the chimney on our chiminea, and I reached out to Russell about it. Because they took a number of pictures throughout the project, they were able to confirm it was there, and then later in the day, it was gone. Without issue, they agreed to make us whole and replace it.
I do not do this very often, as we have been burned before by contractors. However, I am absolutely thrilled with the service and professionalism Russell and Universal Roofing provided. I would recommend them to anyone.
