Russell Allen @ Universal Roofing came by the house after working on our neighbor's home. Great company, extremely friendly and professional. One of the best experiences I have had with a contractor, to be honest, and they execute extremely well. Russel made sure to send drone pictures throughout the project as well. They were really coordinated, organized, and worked really fast. They did the complete roofing job and cleaned up in 1 day.
The roof looks amazing.
Quick update: This is a huge one for me. We noticed that we were missing the chimney on our chiminea, and I reached out to Russell about it. Because they took a number of pictures throughout the project, they were able to confirm it was there, and then later in the day, it was gone. Without issue, they agreed to make us whole and replace it.
I do not do this very often, as we have been burned before by contractors. However, I am absolutely thrilled with the service and professionalism Russell and Universal Roofing provided. I would recommend them to anyone.

Cole Nolan of Universal Roofing and Construction came to my door and said hail damage had been found on houses in my neighborhood. My first instinct was to say no, but so glad I didn’t. He found hail damage that warranted a new roof. I remembered the storm in July, but had no idea there was hail. He was very informed about how homeowners insurance works and assured me that he would work with them to get me everything that I needed. I felt I needed to at least reach out to another company, which I did. Got very little response. They said they would check it with a drone. Cole, on the other hand, put himself on the roof, marked the damage with chalk and met with my insurance company inspector on the roof again. My insurance company agreed with him and they got started. He and his partner, Kyle Khawly worked together to make it happen with the least inconvenience to me. They sent me texts to tell me what to expect. The materials arrived around 6:00am. The crew arrived about 6:30am. They kept me posted with drone photos throughout the day. The crew worked diligently and professionally. As promised, they were done and did a beautiful clean up before dark on a very short day in December. Cole Nolan was excellent. He was a man of his word and up front on what to expect. He worked very close with the Allstate insurance inspector as they inspected the roof. As other roofers only looked for hail damage, Cole looked at the big picture of my roof. He said I had some hail damage but saw my shingles had even more damage. This is what got me a new roof. The Allstate inspector saw what Cole saw and the inspector told Allstate the roof needed replaced. Once the roof was removed one could see even more damage to the plywood.
Cole kept me informed of each repair and steps. Cole made sure everything was done right and made sure I was happy.
