After the hurricane came through our area, I reached out to Cole Nolan for a roof inspection. He responded promptly and performed a thorough, free inspection. When he noted significant wind damage, Cole helped walk me through the insurance claim process. I cannot say enough about how easy he made the whole roofing experience from start to finish. He helped me select the right color shingles for my house, and showed up the day materials were delivered to ensure all was correct. He prepared me for exactly what to expect on the day of installation, and was on-site to ensure all went smoothly. The roofing crew were polite and dedicated. At the end of the one-day roof job, the cleanup was immaculate, not one nail found around my house. And now I have a beautiful new roof that will last many more years than my previous builder-grade roof. Kyle with Universal Roofing was awesome to work with. He came to my house to give me a free consultation of my roof and found that I had hail damage. We found that the entire process from inspection to ordering the shingles to the completed roofing project to be incredibly well managed. The crew worked very hard and completed a difficult job in a day and a half. The cleanup was exceptional! No nails nor debris could be found at the completion. Our project manager, Dominic Rampuri, kept us informed at every step of the process and he communicated constantly. Cole Nolan was excellent. He was a man of his word and up front on what to expect. He worked very close with the Allstate insurance inspector as they inspected the roof. As other roofers only looked for hail damage, Cole looked at the big picture of my roof. He said I had some hail damage but saw my shingles had even more damage. This is what got me a new roof. The Allstate inspector saw what Cole saw and the inspector told Allstate the roof needed replaced. Once the roof was removed one could see even more damage to the plywood.
Cole kept me informed of each repair and steps. Cole made sure everything was done right and made sure I was happy.

Cole from Universal roofing was very helpful. We had been left with a section of our roof torn out and exposed with a contractor took payment and never completed the job. We were already exposed to water damage but Universal Roofing was able to quickly get the area covered to avoid even further damage. The Universal team knocked on my door just yesterday, July 30, and asked questions about my roof. My only need at the time was for help in cleaning debris from my gutters. With their ladder and other tools in hand the team cleaned the gutters from all the limbs and debris that had collected during the recent heavy rains and wind. First let me start with this was in insurance repair and we all know how much of a pain in the tail that can be. And everyone that drove by our house was suddenly a roofing company. We called several companies out to look at what we needed, and never even received a follow up. As it wasn’t worth there time. One of my son’s friends worked for a commercial roofing company “ Cason Banyas”. So I reached out to him because of how I had seen him dealing with customers, and was impressed on how he took care of there needs and concerns on his personal time. And Universal Roofing had a residential side and Cason sent me Alexander Jenkins. And that is where all mine and my wife’s frustration stopped. Alex took over send a few options on colors we picked them out and without delay our roof was replaced. No problems no oh we are sorry, they set the times they were on time and took care of everything. Took great care of protecting our plants and our pool. Cleaned up everything. It was just a great opportunity to have a company that cares. I could go on and on about how great they were. Thank you Alex you are a life saver you are greatly appreciated. I can’t express how appreciative I am for the help we receive from Russell with Universal Roofing. We had hail damage and Russell made the whole process a lot easier than it could have been. He kept in touch constantly thru every step,even on the weekend and in the evenings. The install today was pretty flawless, they came early and worked hard until completion. They covered my flower beds and porches with tarps and cleaned it all up when they were done. Russell came by today just to check and make sure things were going good.
