My husband and I had a great experience with Cole and Universal. He knocked on our door shortly after a hail storm in April 2025. I wanted share what an incredible experience we had with Russell Allen and Universal Roofing! Russell understood the relationship with our Insurance Co.and guided us step by step through the process of the inspection and communication with insurance. After hurricane Helena came thru Augusta, GA last September, my property suffered some damages including my roof. Two of my neighbors recommended Universal Roofing, and especially Cole whom I contacted immediately. I was very impressed with this kind young gentleman who assessed the damage to the roof and from then did all the work with the insurance. Him and Selma kept me informed regularly (I exchanged many emails with Selma who guided me and reassured me as the insurance was very slow to respond). Finally came the day when Cole arrived with his team to replace my roof. They were prompt early morning, put tarp all around my house to cover plants and worked until the work was completed.Then they searched for and removed any little debris all around the house which looked like nothing had happened except I had a new beautiful roof. There was a storm coming, and this team replaced our roof in a under a day -- and did incredible work. Pics like this one sent to us throughout, left a clean site, etc. The owner Pete has got to be one of the hardest working men in Georgia. Showed up when he said he would.
