From start to finish, Cole walked us through what to expect with the process, how long it would take, when the scheduling of the work would take place and he was available at a moment’s notice with any questions we had. One of the smoothest transactions I have ever had with a roofing company. I worked with Russell to assess the damage on my roof. Russell, was able to walk me through the damage, the claims process and what to expect when filing a claim.
Russell kept me up to date on the process, and when I can expect the team to arrive after the claim was approved.
What is even more impressive is that Russell and the team were able to provide detail evidence the damage, even after the claim had been denied twice. After hurricane Helena came thru Augusta, GA last September, my property suffered some damages including my roof. Two of my neighbors recommended Universal Roofing, and especially Cole whom I contacted immediately. I was very impressed with this kind young gentleman who assessed the damage to the roof and from then did all the work with the insurance. Him and Selma kept me informed regularly (I exchanged many emails with Selma who guided me and reassured me as the insurance was very slow to respond). Finally came the day when Cole arrived with his team to replace my roof.
