What an incredible experience we had with Cole from Universal Roofing! From start to finish, Cole walked us through what to expect with the process, how long it would take, when the scheduling of the work would take place and he was available at a moment’s notice with any questions we had. He was our advocate with our insurance company and immediately responded when more information was needed. He took care of many things behind the scenes so he would not have to bother us.
