My husband and I had a great experience with Cole and Universal. He knocked on our door shortly after a hail storm in April 2025. I was skeptical at first but I did notice how many 5 star reviews there were, our neighbors also hired Universal and Cole offered to hold our hand through the process since we had not ever filed a claim on our roof before. We filed 3 claims on 3 properties and got 2 approved. Cole was patient, guided us through a denial and appeal to our home insurance and replaced the roofs in one day. I wanted share what an incredible experience we had with Russell Allen and Universal Roofing! Russell understood the relationship with our Insurance Co.and guided us step by step through the process of the inspection and communication with insurance. We were approved in 1 day for full replacement including the gutters and downspouts!

Cole and his team did an amazing job, not only on construction, but on dealing with our insurance company. At first they only wanted to pay $900 to do a small patch.
