I found this company after looking for recommendations in my local Facebook group after Hurricane Helene left my roof leaking in multiple places. We worked with Cole, who helped us navigate tricky insurance and got a whole roof replacement covered. He even came out to meet the insurance claims agent and got them to cover a bunch of the interior damage as well like carpets and dry wall. The day of the roof replacement everything went smoothly: the crew turned up on time, sent us awesome drone shots of their progress, finished the job before sunset, and left the yard spotless. Russell Allen @ Universal Roofing came by the house after working on our neighbor's home. Great company, extremely friendly and professional. One of the best experiences I have had with a contractor, to be honest, and they execute extremely well. Russel made sure to send drone pictures throughout the project as well. They were really coordinated, organized, and worked really fast. They did the complete roofing job and cleaned up in 1 day.
The roof looks amazing.
Quick update: This is a huge one for me. We noticed that we were missing the chimney on our chiminea, and I reached out to Russell about it. Because they took a number of pictures throughout the project, they were able to confirm it was there, and then later in the day, it was gone. Without issue, they agreed to make us whole and replace it.
I do not do this very often, as we have been burned before by contractors. However, I am absolutely thrilled with the service and professionalism Russell and Universal Roofing provided. I would recommend them to anyone.

Cole Nolan of Universal Roofing and Construction came to my door and said hail damage had been found on houses in my neighborhood. My first instinct was to say no, but so glad I didn’t. He found hail damage that warranted a new roof. I remembered the storm in July, but had no idea there was hail. He was very informed about how homeowners insurance works and assured me that he would work with them to get me everything that I needed. I felt I needed to at least reach out to another company, which I did. Got very little response. They said they would check it with a drone. Cole, on the other hand, put himself on the roof, marked the damage with chalk and met with my insurance company inspector on the roof again. My insurance company agreed with him and they got started. He and his partner, Kyle Khawly worked together to make it happen with the least inconvenience to me. They sent me texts to tell me what to expect. The materials arrived around 6:00am. The crew arrived about 6:30am. They kept me posted with drone photos throughout the day. The crew worked diligently and professionally. As promised, they were done and did a beautiful clean up before dark on a very short day in December. The dumpster was gone the next morning and I happily gave them payment. Highly recommend these guys. They patiently explained everything to me every step of the way.Linda MoserDecember 15, 2024
