I had a great experience working with Universal Roofing and Construction Inc. From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. I worked directly with JD Coots, and he was fantastic throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way.
The quality of their work was outstanding. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept the job site clean and organized throughout the project. They completed the job within the promised timeline, and the final results exceeded my expectations.
What really stood out to me was JD’s honesty and attention to detail. There were no surprises, and communication was clear from beginning to end. It’s not always easy to find a reliable contractor, but Universal Roofing and Construction Inc. truly delivered.

Universal Roofing and Construction is absolutely top-notch! I watched them working on my neighbor’s roof and was immediately impressed by how professional, quick, and clean they were. On a whim, I asked if they could fix a hole on my roof and they didn’t hesitate for a second (thanks so much Pete). They were incredibly kind, respectful, and helpful, and took care of it quickly and perfectly. They offer fair, honest quotes and clearly take pride in their work. Their workmanship is excellent, they work efficiently without cutting corners, and they leave everything spotless. On top of all that, they’re just genuinely nice people.
