Thank you, Russell Allen, for hand holding us all the way through the roof replacement project. We’ve had Allstate Insurance for over 20 years now and this was our first claim. Although Allstate was being a pain and making us jump through all their hoops you helped us get a full roof replacement and we couldn’t be more happy. Kyle and Cole came along to see if I would like to have them do a roof inspection for storm damage. We had recently had an inspection so we knew what the existing damage was to our roof. Not extensive enough for a full replacement but some areas that were compromised.
Our problem was finding someone who would do small repairs. They assessed the damage, said they could take care of it, gave us a quote and two days later they came out did the necessary work on time and consistent with their quote.
