Kyle Rushing was incredibly personable and kept us informed every step of the way with regular text updates and progress pictures. Communication was excellent — he was always responsive through email and handled any questions or issues quickly and professionally.
The roofing crew did an amazing job cleaning up afterward, and they even brought my trash can back up from the street, which was such a thoughtful touch!
Kyle Rushing was outstanding to work with. He was friendly, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly without ever being pushy. He even pointed out other helpful ideas and small fixes around our home that weren’t related to the roofing job at all. He left extra supplies neatly stored in our garage and gave us some really cool drone pictures of our new roof and gutters, along with progress photos throughout the project.
