Most roofers will ghost you if you aren't getting a full replacement, Universal was willing to put in the small amount of time to do a fix for me. I recently had a roof leak in my 2 year old house. I reached out to Universal Roofing. Russell Allen came by to inspect the roof, and found the area where it was leaking but also noticed additional areas that could be a problem in the future. He took pictures, which I then showed the builder. The builder sent their roofers to fix those issues. My experience with Universal Roof & Construction was great. My insurance company only approved me for a few shingle repairs. Kyle worked with my insurance company and pushed for the entire roof to get repaired. The job was quick and great. While installing the new roof the vibration from the banging broke the mount supporting the chain holding my chandelier napped. Kyle understood the situation and fixed the problem.
