Thank you, Russell Allen, for hand holding us all the way through the roof replacement project. We’ve had Allstate Insurance for over 20 years now and this was our first claim. Although Allstate was being a pain and making us jump through all their hoops you helped us get a full roof replacement and we couldn’t be more happy. The Universal crew was very friendly and did a great job putting on our new roof in a day as well as cleaning up. The dumpster was picked up the very next day as well. Kyle and Cole came along to see if I would like to have them do a roof inspection for storm damage. We had recently had an inspection so we knew what the existing damage was to our roof. Not extensive enough for a full replacement but some areas that were compromised.
Our problem was finding someone who would do small repairs. They assessed the damage, said they could take care of it, gave us a quote and two days later they came out did the necessary work on time and consistent with their quote. Thank you to Russell Allen and Universal Roofing and Construction for working with us and our insurance company in getting a completely upgraded roof! From working with the insurance company and adjuster to the team that quickly got the job done, it was flawless! The team worked so fast and cleaned up so well, we could hardly tell they were there! The icing on the cake though was when we got home from a walk, the trailer filled with the all the debris was gone! The avg is 24-48 hours. They got it out in less than 2!
