Cole and his team did an amazing job, not only on construction, but on dealing with our insurance company. At first they only wanted to pay $900 to do a small patch. What an incredible experience we had with Cole from Universal Roofing! From start to finish, Cole walked us through what to expect with the process, how long it would take, when the scheduling of the work would take place and he was available at a moment’s notice with any questions we had. Cole consistently went the extra mile and put in much extra work to ensure everything went smoothy. He was our advocate with our insurance company and immediately responded when more information was needed. He took care of many things behind the scenes so he would not have to bother us. While the work was being completed, the crew was professional and polite and the next day, we couldn’t tell they had been there except for the great roof we now have. In thinking back over our experience, I can’t think of a better customer service experience I’ve received from ANY business or individual of any kind. I knew throughout the process that Cole had our best interest at heart, and he was not out just to make the next job happen. He genuinely cares about people, and it shows.
